EDINBURG, Texas (AP) — Prosecutors are trying to decide how to jail and bring to court a nearly half-ton, bedridden woman accused of killing her 2-year-old nephew.

A grand jury on Thursday indicted Mayra Lizbeth Rosales, 27, on one count of first-degree murder and on one count of injury to a child in the death of Eliseo Gonzalez Jr. She previously had been charged with capital murder.

Rosales weighs nearly 1,000 pounds and cannot fit through a door to leave her home, leaving prosecutors wondering how to bring her to court. As of Thursday evening, she was not in custody.

Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino said holding her at the county jail for her trial would be impossible because she needs extensive medical care.

“She would die,” said Trevino in Thursday’s online edition of The Monitor in McAllen.

The grand jury indicted Rosales after an autopsy confirmed investigators’ suspicions that the child died March 18 because he had been struck. Investigators believe the toddler was struck at least twice, crushing his head.

Authorities recommended Rosales’ bond be set at $150,000.

The boy’s mother Jaime Rosales, was charged earlier with injury to a child because she allegedly left her son alone with his aunt. Her bond has been set at $100,000.

I managed to comment on his post civilly but he ended up blanking the comments. Also is a UT fag. UT fags need to be anally raped and fed their own Santorum. This is because Texas Tech is so much better. I still have no idea why this guy added me—I have no connections to Web 2.0 aside from an end-user status. 
2. fleshseeker. Further proof that there are some gay people that are created solely to make life summarily horrible for other gay people. Case in point: chicken-hawking blog-ring owner whose sole purpose is to provide other chicken-hawks with pornography of partially nude, pale, unathletic men with quaint, fashionable names and dubious sexualities. This mofo faggot is the utter embodiment of buttslut and partyboy, with a dash of rapist on the side. Needs to have a strong taste of Goatse.
3. manatee. Weird neo-conservative alarmist who loves to twit about the presidential elections, et alii. Loves to pull shit from blogs and websites in a failed attempt to convince people that this shit is interesting. Which proves a good point: no one non-White cares about fucking politics.
4.  DCGayCoach. Not an attention whore per se, but someone who creeps the fuck out of me. In one post he wrote of his love of chicken-hawking. I think he may have added me solely because of my user icon.
5. broad_cove. Me! I also count as attention whore because I love to write about EVERYTHING. Yes, including trolling other Twitter users for the lulz. And also because in four out of five of the above users, I was mainly added because of my user icon. I usually post either lulzy, disturbing or sad things. No one pays attention because everyone has their head stuck up their ass.
